Hey guys, as we grow and slowly change our scope of work we have decided to rebrand. Today we installed Ab3 pad #2. The soils under this pad were also unsuitable to sustain a foundation. 1 ft of Ab3 was the suggested fix by the engineer. 315 tons and on to the next one. Thursday we tapped a service line for a customer. Ran a 1” poly line for irrigation, a yard hydrant, and an automatic waterer. Conveniently we recieved a call for a broken water service during this install and moved over to that afterwards. Our findings were a sycamore tree root had shifted a thin wall pipe over and broke it. 5 hours later we were loaded up and headed home.

Only got one truck today but we managed to get 170 ton in! Tomorrow we will finish the ab3 fill and move on to the secon...

Today we prepped this basement for an AB3 base. When soils are unsuitable to build your house on this is one of the many options an engineer may suggest. Tomorrow we install 350 tons and this baby will be ready for the foundation. More pictures to come. Stay cool!

Lights are on and we’re pushing forward. This spring has been far from easy with productivity but we do our best. 105 acres brush hogged and knocked off the list today. Hope everyone had a good weekend. More rain this week it’s looks like. 🥴 P.S. Huge shout out to the wife for lunch today and holding down the homestead while we try to stay on schedule.
