A Bright New Face for Brownsville City Hall!

🫶Brownsville City Hall is looking sharper than ever thanks to a fresh exterior paint job by local contractor Jonathan Elder of Great Paint and Renovate, LLC. The clean, updated look gives our historic building a great refresh while keeping it protected from the Oregon weather for years to come.

Before and after on a recent Great Paint and Renovate project.
The most weather-exposed side of this home had James Hardie fiber cement siding that had become weather-checked and worn, so we replaced it in-kind with new James Hardie fiber cement siding in a Cedarmill texture.
We also installed Milgard A250 windows, finished the windows with James Hardie trim, added a new rain-gutter system, resurfaced the concrete, and completed the exterior with a darker blue Sherwin-Williams paint finish.
The customer left a 5 out of 5 star review, and we’re proud of how this transformation turned out.
