𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯—𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

This week our team is hard at work on the demolition of the former 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 & 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗼.

For Mid-10 co-owner 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘀, this project is especially meaningful. As a teenager, she worked in this very building. Years later, she's walking back through these doors alongside her husband, Jacob—the licensed contractor behind Mid-10 Residential Solutions—as they help prepare the property for its next chapter.

It's a reminder that you never know where life will take you. Sometimes the places that helped shape your past become part of your future.
