The cheaper contractor isn’t always the cheaper option in the end. 💯

These homeowners are already $9,000 into a project that wasn’t completed properly, and now they’re having to deal with court on top of trying to get their property put back together.

That’s where we came in.

We’re tearing out the unfinished work, cleaning everything up, correcting what needs corrected, and rebuilding this project the right way. Our goal is to make the rest of this process as worry-free as possible for them.

Price matters—but so does hiring someone who will actually show up, communicate, stand behind their work, and finish the job.

Sometimes the cheapest bid becomes the most expensive one. 💪

Negative grading and standing water around your home’s foundation can lead to serious problems, including basement leaks, mold growth, foundation cracks, and costly structural damage.

Make sure soil slopes away from the house, gutters are clear, and downspouts direct water several feet away from the foundation. A little maintenance now can help prevent major repairs later.

POOL REPAIR COMPLETE 💦☀️

This pool area unfortunately wasn’t installed right from the beginning. Some sections had concrete underneath, other areas had base, and over time the pavers became uneven, bullnose came loose, and several trip hazards developed around the pool.

We usually don’t take on repair jobs like this, but this one was different. The homeowner is a single mom with kids, and she was worried about them running around the pool and getting hurt. We were happy to help her get it safe again.

We pressure washed the entire area, tore into the problem spots, corrected the base where needed, leveled the uneven pavers, glued loose bullnose back down, and eliminated the trip hazards.

It’s not always about tearing everything out and starting over. Sometimes you can work with what’s there, correct the biggest problems, and give somebody a safer space for their family. 💪

People say pavers don’t hold up… that’s because they haven’t seen them installed the right way. 💪

This area kept settling and cracking the asphalt, so we tore it out and went almost a foot deep, rebuilt the base properly, compacted it, and installed pavers alongside the channel drain.

When the foundation is done right, pavers can handle movement far better than a rigid concrete slab—and if one ever moves, it can be reset instead of tearing everything out.

Functional drainage. Solid base. Beautiful finish. 🔥
