Wrapped up day four at High Point Market by participating in today’s panel, “The Longevity Home,” at Woodbridge Furniture! 🤍
I was excited to share the panel with Carla Aston and Michelle Blemel, two women I deeply admire and who are doing such wonderful work in our industry. It was a privilege to sit alongside them and share our experiences helping clients plan for the Third Phase of Life—creating homes that support comfort, independence, and longevity.
The Third Phase is Lori Carpenter’s vision and area of expertise. Lori partnered with Woodbridge Furniture to identify pieces throughout the showroom that fit within her Third Phase philosophy and support the evolving needs of homeowners as they age.
Jane Dagmi introduced and moderated our panel, while Lori asked thoughtful questions and guided our conversation about furnishings, design, construction, remodeling, and the ways we help clients prepare for this important stage of life.
A special thank-you to Lori and Top 40 Most Inspiring Women In Home | League City, Texas , who brought this wonderful panel together, and to Woodbridge Furniture for hosting us and creating such a meaningful conversation.
As a general contractor and interior designer, I was especially grateful for the opportunity to share the building and renovation perspective.
And this experience wouldn’t have been nearly as much fun without my photographer, Becky, who spent three days with me capturing all our market!
We had such a great time together, and I’m so grateful for the memories, the conversations, and the incredible people who make this industry so special. ❤️
