We have been in business in TN since 1985 & specialize in new roofs & re-roofing, maintenance & service work on existing roofs as well as architectural sheet metal work. We are qualified to install & maintain multiple roof systems such as Johns Manville, Carlisle, Firestone, Duro-Last, Tremco & many others. We are experienced & equipped to perform quality work in any of the above mentioned areas.

Our Superintendent has over 35 years experience in this field. We pride ourselves on the fact that we will provide the same intensity & expertise to a small job as we would give to a large project & feel the best promotion we have is our satisfied customers.

Roofers - Full-time positions available. Hourly pay depends on your experience in Commercial roofing. You must have reliable transportation to and from job sites and pass a drug test. We offer medical and dental insurance.

Roofing Laborers - Full-time positions available. Starting pay with NO experience is $18 hr. You must have daily reliable transportation to and from job sites and be able to pass drug test. No experience necessary. We also offer medical and dental insurance.

As of 7/5/23, we are currently looking for full-time CDL drivers and maintenance workers. Job duties/and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

1. Must have valid CDL license and up-to-date medical card. (Please bring your updated med cards and licenses when applying).

2. Experience in driving trucks/ dump trucks /semis with automatic and/or manual transmissions.

3. Must have clean driving records with no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 7 years.

4. Able to pass a background check and random drug screenings. (We work with/around a lot of schools).

5. Ability to lift up 10-50 lbs. at a time.

6. Pick-up/drop-off materials to job sites as instructed.

7. Help maintain service vehicles as needed (refuel trucks, perform oil changes, change tires, make maintenance repairs, etc.)

9. Help with regular maintenance duties at the shop as needed.

10. Have good listening and communication skills.

We offer both medical and dental insurance. Hourly pay to be determined at interview.
