At AAA Plumbing, we believe a good reputation is built one relationship at a time.

For our owner, Jesse Atwell, those relationships started right here in Lebanon.

The Atwell family’s roots in our community go back to 1982, when Jesse’s grandparents established the local KFC. Jesse grew up watching his father work in the building industry, earning the trust and respect of customers through honesty, hard work, and integrity.

Those lessons have stayed with him.

As Jesse recently shared in an interview with Lebanon Now, running a successful business isn’t just about building good relationships. It’s also about knowing how to maintain respect when things don’t go your way.

Not every customer, contractor, or business relationship will be a perfect fit, and that’s okay. We believe you can disagree, go your separate ways, and still treat each other with respect.

It’s a philosophy we carry into everything we do, from residential plumbing repairs to major commercial projects, septic systems, and new construction.

We’re proud of our Lebanon roots, grateful for the relationships we’ve built throughout the community, and committed to earning your trust every day.

Sometimes you have to leave home to figure out where you belong!

Jesse Atwell grew up working construction with his dad, tried college (wasn’t a fan), moved to Kansas City, became a master plumber, and started his own business right before the 2008 housing market crashed. Talk about timing!

After a few more twists and turns, Jesse made his way back home to Lebanon.

Today, he and his family run AAA Plumbing and Wooden Cross Construction.

Here’s a little more about Jesse, his family, and the road that brought him back home!

Another Friday in the Ozarks, again it’s time for us to express our deepest gratitude to a very important business partner, Dawson's Hot Wheels. These guys have always made sure our trucks are a priority, because they understand that if our trucks don’t roll, we don’t survive. A small business like ours has a small fleet and we depend on every single truck to do its job every single day. A huge thank you to the team at Dawson’s. We appreciate you!!

Owning a business is about a lot more than just being good at the work.

For AAA Plumbing, the drive to become an entrepreneur started with wanting the freedom to get the job done the right way. But building a company brought plenty of lessons along the way, from managing employees and creating company policies to learning just how important cash flow and staying on top of invoicing really are.

Sometimes you start out thinking, “I just need you to fix a toilet,” and quickly realize there’s a whole lot more to running a business.

Hear more about the journey, the lessons learned, and what it takes to build AAA Plumbing.

At AAA Plumbing we fully understand it takes a community to drive business, progress and success, in the spirit of gratitude once again we want to give a shout out to Route 66 Sales and Rental! Zach Davis and Brett Light have gone WAY above and beyond for us. They’ve always had our backs when we needed equipment to make a job happen. They absolutely understand sometimes it’s the late nights, the long weekends that make or break a business like ours and they have never once failed to make sure we were taken care of. If you need a partner for equipment rental or repair these are hands down your guys. Thank you for being such a vital part of our continued success in Lebanon!!

It started with one customer who simply needed an easier way to get in and out of the shower.

AAA Plumbing installed their first Onyx shower, and after seeing the finished product, they were sold.

Now, 80 installations later, they’ve learned just how much can be done with these systems. Low-entry options, custom benches, niches, shelves and plenty of ways to make the shower fit the person using it.

In this video, AAA Plumbing shares how they got started with Onyx showers, why they recommend them and why they believe their crew can stack up against anybody when it comes to installing them right.
