Job Overview

We are seeking a high-level Journeyman Level 3 Plumber to join our 8-person team in Lebanon. This is a leadership-oriented role for a technician who is tired of cutting corners and wants to work for a legacy company that prioritizes integrity, 2021 IPC compliance, and superior craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Lead New Construction

* Manage large-scale residential and mid-size commercial projects from start to finish without supervision.

Team Leadership

* Lead a small crew on-site, ensuring work meets our “standard” before it’s ever inspected.

Service Excellence

* Perform high-level residential and commercial service work (approximately 70% of our current operations).

On-Call Rotation

* Participate in our 24-hour emergency response rotation to provide reliable service to our community.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the plumbing trade.
* Technical Mastery: Full proficiency in all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing.
* Code Compliance: Strict adherence to the 2021 International Plumbing Code (IPC) standards.
* Integrity: A “do it right the first time” mentality. Candidates must be willing to go above and beyond, even in areas where the code is silent.
* Testing: Must pass a written general knowledge/IPC code test.
