AVAILABLE AUGUST 1ST! One bedroom available in a 2 bedroom rental. The private room is one large room with a sleeping loft. Most of our renters choose to sleep in the loft and use the lower room for a studio, office or private living room. All other areas in the home - the kitchen, main living room and bathroom - are shared.
The other room is currently occupied by a young woman.
Pet's are accepted on a per-pet basis and require landlord approval and an additional monthly pet fee of $50 each.
Security deposit is $1,400 IN ADDITION to first month's rent for a total of $2,100 due on signing. This room is available as a lease hold for one year.
Utilities are split equally between the number of occupants. Utilities are electric (heat), propane (hot water) and wifi. Water and garbage are included. Snow plowing is paid for by you, at your discretion.
This listing at $700/mo is for ONE occupant. If you are looking to rent this room with a friend or partner, the cost of this room for TWO occupants is $1,000/mo.
Quiet and with a front and back yard. There’s also a fire pit, outdoor shower and a pond. Approx. 10 minutes to eastern and UCONN. Perfect for a college student, recent college grad or young working professional.

Framing out a new deck! This is going to be a beautiful build!

We love how creative you can be with composite decking these days and we 100% recommend composite over PT these days.

It's a bit more expensive up front but no maintenance, no splinters, no swelling and shrinking and so many color and design options!!

If it's broken... fix it! This is part of a whole house window repair. We're remaking some chewed up and broken frames, replacing some windows entirely and making sure every window in the house is well lubricated and squeak-free! Regular maintenance makes a huge difference for things like this, especially here in New England where the winters are dry and cold and the summers humid and hot. If you need help with your windows or any other household projects, give us a call!

Using some scrap doors for new storage! We love using recycled, found, unwanted or broken things over again! We love giving old things new life! We've been collecting doors from friends, projects and the side of the road for about a year now in preparation for this build. We were able to use all scrap lumber and sheetrock too!

Getting this house ready to stain with some power washing. There's a lot more that goes into painting than you might expect! For a job like this we start with repairing any damaged spots, caulking, sanding and filling any gaps or bug/bird holes. Then we trim any bushes needed to gain access, power wash and then we'll prep for spraying. Stay tuned!
