Willard Quarries Inc is looking for a reliable Scale House Operator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
β
Operate scale equipment to weigh outgoing loads of materials
β
Record and log all load information accurately
β
Provide excellent customer service to truck drivers and customers
β
Maintain detailed, organized records of transactions and shipments
β
Assist with the coordination of traffic flow at the quarry site
β
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
β
Handle paperwork
β
Process tickets
Qualifications:
πΉ Previous experience with scale operations or in a quarry setting is a plus
πΉ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
πΉ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
πΉ Basic computer skills and experience with data entry
πΉ Excellent communication skills β must interact with drivers and staff regularly
πΉ Ability to handle a fast-paced job
