This is a new one for me but the customer loves it. A back up generator interlock system for a battery back up power station. Personally Im not sold on the battery thing yet, but I always support my customers choices. Keep in mind, the batteries cannot be charged under load. So you will be with out power during the recharge cycle. Most likely meaning you will be using a generator to recharge. So there are pros and cons. The batteries are in the basement quiet and out of the weather. Most generators are loud and out in the weather. The battery manufacturer says these batteries can be charged in 1.4 hours. A gas generator can be refilled in 5 minutes. Which generator nowadays or dry fuels, which means you can run them on gasoline, propane, or natural gas. Which means if you were on natural gas, you have an infinite source as long as the gas plants are still up.
