All the rain we've gotten in the last month or two and this was the hardest ground I've ever trenched. But the Customer will have a beautiful resort in his own backyard when it's done.

First thing is I had nothing to do with this lay out. Customer is selling the home and was advised to replace the recessed lights because the install looked so bad. First off there are too many light's installed, secondly the installer (a handy man or homeowner) caulked all around the trims to prevent air loss. Sealing around ceiling penetrations is best done in the attic area, not the living area. This looks much better and the light color and coverage is much better. With a little paint chip patching and touch up painting it will be ready to list.

The customer hire a do all handyman/ one stop remodeling contractor to finish out his basement. I do not think I have to explain what is wrong.

A little clean up before this customer could sell her house. Getting rid of another Federal Pathetic panel and some home owner upgrades.

Customer lost partial electric to their house. With the help of the Underground Detective we located the issue. Ot appears that 15 years ago when the house was built that the plumbers ran the gas line at the same depth as the main electric line. The one conductor was nicked as they crossed over the electric line. This will allow groumd water and moisture to come in contact with the conductor causing an arching in the ground, this eventually destroys the conductor as you can see in the pictures. #811
