Horizon Development is looking for an experienced ground-up commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on our next wave of projects.

If you've led full-cycle commercial construction from mass grading through final CO, know your way around a CPM schedule, and can run subs, OAC meetings, and inspections like a pro- we want to hear from you!

✅ 5+ years as a lead Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
✅ Steel and/or CMU structural experience
✅ Procore/P6/MS Project savvy
✅ OSHA 30 preferred

This is a field leadership role for someone who owns the site.
