One year ago, ADCCO Paving Contractors began with a vision: to build more than great pavement. We set out to build a company where people matter, hard work has purpose, and every person has the opportunity to make an impact.

Over the last year, we've learned that purpose isn't found in a title or a position. It's found in showing up for your teammates, serving our customers well, taking pride in your work, and understanding how what you do contributes to something bigger than yourself.

We've faced challenges, celebrated victories, grown as a team, and built a company we're incredibly proud of. But our greatest accomplishment isn't measured in projects completed or tons placed—it's the people who make this company what it is.
