This isn’t meant to scare anyone — it’s meant to inform.

A lot of flood damage in Middle Tennessee doesn’t come from rivers. It comes from runoff, poor drainage, and undersized systems.

Many properties that flood aren’t even in designated flood zones.

If water stands on your property after a heavy rain, that’s an early warning sign.

Proper grading and drainage can prevent a lot of damage before it ever happens.

Freeze warning tonight! ❄️
Take a minute and protect your pipes:
1. Let faucets drip
2. Keep heat at 60°+
3. Open the cabinet doors under your sinks
4. Disconnect outside water hoses
5. If you’ve got a well house or crawlspace, make sure it’s warm and closed up

I’m not out working tonight, but if something pops or you have an emergency, call me.
Emergency is emergency and we’ll make it happen.
