A little before and after!

A customer of ours purchase a condo recently. They love it except they were not thrilled with the outlets being switched next to the bedsides for lamps in the fuest room! They were really looking for an overhead fan light combination, so Klein Electric not only took care of the installation of the fan they purchased, but also made sure not to leave any holes behind, that way they didn’t have to hire another contractor for sheet rocking repairs!

Here a customer didn’t have any light prior to us finding a solution that worked and the customer loved! Being able to turn them on and off from multiple locations was a must so we accommodated that !

It’s not all easy single family residential, oh no! Klein Electric LLC does it all, from multi family apartments, to commercial buildings and retail stores we service it all!

This is a four family with a home owner panel, that was condemned back in 2017, this is just phase 1 to restoring the property back to rentable condition, but a huge milestone nonetheless! Now each unit can be properly addressed as to what needs repair and replacement appliances lighting and more!

This isn’t something you see every day! Customer reached out to us this week in regards to only some of their house not working!

Upon arrival, I initially thought that they would have a bad main breaker at the panel, but once I foundd no power on one of their main feeders at all, and after pulling back a rose bush that has been there as long as the electrical service itself, it revealed the real problem! A very old Fuse style main meter, checking the connection inside the meter we found the internal factory gear was almost non existent on the “missing leg”

This concluded a full service replacement asap to restore proper 240v to the house allowing them not only to use the circuits the lost in bed rooms and lights, but also their Range, dryer, well pump and other 240v required circuits !

Today we prepared a customers main panel to accommodate a subpanel to the right of it, as well as updated their backboard that was mounted directly to the concrete. This added some water coming into the panel through the wood due to the non-pressure treat of it, as well as no space between the concrete and the backboard!!

Condensation and moisture burnt up two breakers, which was initially why we came out the first time!

The work that we did today will allow the customer to add a second laundry unit in the bathroom on the first floor

As well as update a huge portion of their kitchen and allow to add the much needed appliances!
