Today's brush hogging was back on Rt. 13 in Canastota. I went back in to push the woods back. Got into the big stuff. Slow going. Brush twice the height of the skid falling over on top of me as I go.

Then over to Poppleton Rd to do what the 110hp tractor and mower could not get.

Beacon Light Rd tomorrow — 10 acres.
Poppleton Rd Thursday.
Driveway in Westdale Friday.

Vacation later in the month :)

Thinking about heading back down to North Carolina the weekend of September 19th. Taking the camper down and leaving it there for a week or two.

That'll put me pretty late into the fall work season, so plan accordingly if you're thinking about having work done this fall.

The little mower putting in some time clearing around a pond.

No need for the large brush hog for this stuff. The little mower can take down what tractors can't.

15 minutes into brush hogging today I broke through a culvert. Both sides. Neither track anywhere near touching ground. The mower helped stop me from tipping over.

I was headed home to get one of my tractors when Eric called me back to come get one of theirs. He knew it was going to take a large tractor. Whites jumped in to help.

Barb and Chad both came running and they all had me out and running again in no time.

No mud this time but still stuck :) Stressful.

If we sell out this fall I do not think I can deal with a pregnant M6 again. I am too old for that. What we have is what we have.

Brush hogging today on Rt 13 in Canastota. If you are thinking about having some done stop in and say Hi. I will be near the sign company

15 minutes in and cave in a culvert. Going to get a tractor again.

3 TRACTORS. 3 ROUTES. Listed below. See which team you are on.
Where these routes go from here is up to you. The next contracts will help decide.
Team M6:
The M6 goes straight to the largest driveways with the most snow. This is Delta Terrace down to Williams Rd. She will then head down Elmer Hill Rd into Rome to help the twins clean up Rome.
This puts her in the N. Madison, N. George, Ridge Mills area. She will also run across Potter Rd as needed.
How she gets to Delta Terrace is still up in the air. It could be across Main St. in Lee Center and then over Cemetery Rd., going past two large developments. This has to be figured out soon, so do not drag your feet.
Team Chong:
The devil child is going down Brookfield Rd and out Sleepy Hollow Rd to 26, then down 26 into Rome. She will take over about 10 driveways the M6 currently does in that area, freeing the M6 to work farther north.
I do not believe Lorena Rd will come into play anymore. Too late. She will then go down 26 to Potter Rd and continue down to somewhere near Chestnut St and work that area.
Team Cheech:
Cheech is going down Thomas St to Jervis Ave. With our pricing, this should be the busiest route. Cheech will have her hands full and still go across Black River if needed.
