🚨🚨OH NO!!! 🚨🚨I saw the gas prices at the pump this morning and immediately staged an emergency board meeting in the truck. The result? Property Polishers is officially pivoting to a zero-emission, organic, manual-labor-only fleet. The crew is still processing their frustration, but our Polly assures me that 0.05 MPH is the new industry gold standard.

All jokes aside, fuel might be hitting record highs, but our commitment to a professional standard is what keeps us moving. We’ve built our systems to stay consistent and reliable for our clients regardless of what the numbers at the pump are doing this week.

THE SPRING UPDATE
The weather is finally turning and we are officially hitting the field.

Our crew has been prepping for weeks to make sure our trucks and equipment are ready for a heavy season. Most people think landscaping is just about cutting grass, but for us, it’s about the standard we keep on your property.

That means showing up in uniform, communicating clearly, and being reliable

A quick heads-up on the schedule:
Because we refuse to rush through properties or cut corners just to fit more jobs in, we are currently booked out until mid-May (a few weekends are available).

I’ve always believed that if a property is worth owning, it’s worth waiting for the right team to handle it.

PROPERTY POLISHERS is growing fast and we are looking for LEADERS.

We are expanding from a 4-man crew to an 8-man powerhouse by April 1st. If you are ready to stop just "punching a clock" and start building a career in the AK Valley, listen up.

1. THE LANDSCAPE LEAD (The "General")
You are the CEO of your truck. You will manage a 3-4 man squad and oversee the ex*****on of major projects. If you can lead a team and finish a job to a "Showroom Standard" without being babysat, you are who we want.

• The Standard: You must know the difference between a w**d and a $200 ornamental shrub. We don't guess; we execute.

2. FIELD LABORERS (The "Grit" Squad)
We need people with high energy. This is essentially a CrossFit membership where WE pay YOU. You bring the sweat; we provide the elite training. This is a path to a leadership position in a company that is actually going somewhere.

WHY JOIN THE PROPERTY POLISHERS TEAM?

OWN THE RESULTS: Most companies will give you a paycheck and a pat on the back. We do things differently. You aren't micromanaged here—we give you the system, and you hit the targets.
