We are in full swing completing Landscape Jobs before Mowing begins!

This job started as a Natural Edge Refresh & Black Mulch Installation. While prepping the beds the customer notified me of water coming out a random hole in the front landscape bed where mulch would be installed, after inspecting the area and digging down I found the downspout extension under the front step was COMPLETELY COVERED by the home builder and whoever installed this Landscape with at least 16in of dirt. This is a new build home less than 1 year ago old. This could have caused major damage in the years to come if not corrected.

I Re Edged all the Landscape Beds and then installed a Down Spout Extension with a Drainage Popup under the landscape bed into the lawn to fix the mistake by the builder/builders landscape company. I then spread Pre Emergent in all the beds & also put down 3 Yards of Fresh Black Mulch. Shrubs will be trimmed late Spring when they are more mature. Customers happy, I’m happy!
