WE ARE HIRING: Part Time Remote Administrative Assistant
Slopes is growing and we are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team working from home! If you are organized, reliable, and great with customers, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Duties Include:
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Scheduling roof inspections, estimates, and installations
• Maintaining customer records and job files
• Assisting with estimates, invoices, and reports
• Coordinating schedules with crews and customers
• Following up with customers on appointments and project updates
• Organizing digital files and administrative documents
Requirements:
✔ Administrative or customer service experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
✔ Ability to work independently from home
✔ Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
