Hours of operation may vary considering that some of the larger jobs can take longer to do once getting started. Due to this, I may try to start earlier on some of these jobs or end up staying late to finish instead of coming back on another day just to do an hour or so of work. Also, there are times that jobs are looked at on the weekends so that the estimates can be provided during the week even
though the hours of operation reflect that I am closed during that time. If I am too busy to make it to look at a job during the week, I will make the exception to come out on the weekend to do what needs to be done. I just feel like that is my responsibility so I can get a price to you in a timely manner. I stand behind the the quality of my work and if there is ever a problem that comes up because of something that I have done, I will make it right. If I notice something when I start a job that may have something to do with a previous contractor or just something that was there before I begin my work, I will let you know especially because it may impact the price I have given as an estimate. Also, I feel like that you as the homeowner should be aware of the situation even before I correct the issue because I will not just leave a problem there if it is something that I am able to fix while doing the work you are having me do for you.
