Every project will have its challenges! Weather was ours on this one. We had to take a big pause to let the Utah winter weather shine for a few months before we could finish up, but the finished product is definitely a sight for sore eyes! HUGE shoutout to all the skilled hands that went into bringing this to life! Salt City Landscape took us from brown and dry to green and beautiful, Tenneybilt GC lighting up the block with the electrical work, and Kuli Concrete for the custom Pickleball/Basketball court! STAX is blessed to have an awesome team ready on deck to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Last week, we started with this job. But, when the concrete came, it was “too hot”; meaning, the concrete is drying too fast; which isn’t good. From there, we made a business decision to rip EVERYTHING back up, because it wasn’t up to our company standards. Today, we poured concrete again, and this time, it turned out to be much better.

We came in on Monday morning to start this job before our client left to go to work and by the time he came home from work he had a new patio, block wall, and new stairs all in one day! Now the client as a new patio area just in time to enjoy the warmer weather!!

**Bonus** the client called us back to do more concrete work for them!👍🏽
