Another healthcare project built to bring specialized care closer to the community.

The 15,421 SF West Point Specialty Center brings Ogden Clinic’s orthopedics, upper hand and extremity, ENT, and spine care services together under one roof. The facility includes exam and procedure rooms, radiology, and physical therapy spaces designed around the needs of patients and providers.

We’re grateful for the ongoing opportunities to work with Ogden Clinic and for the trust they continue to place in SIRQ. It’s also been great working alongside Carpenter Stringham Architects to bring another Ogden Clinic project to life.

The new Utah Autism Community Center provides spaces for life skills training, creative activities, recreation, and community connection, giving autistic adults and their families access to resources that help foster greater independence and opportunity.

More than just a new building, this center represents Utah Autism Academy's ongoing commitment to serving the community and creating opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum to thrive. We’re proud to partner with Alpine City, Navigate, and Babcock Design on the remodel and addition to Alpine Fire Station 202. This project will expand and modernize the facility, creating a space that better supports the firefighters and first responders who serve the Alpine community every day.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of this important investment in public safety and look forward to delivering the project in early 2027.

SIRQ recently completed an 18,500sf interior build-out for The Buckner Company, transforming an existing space into a modern office and training environment.

In collaboration with Zone Architecture Studio, the project included HVAC system upgrades, a training and meeting center, offices, conference rooms, a refreshed reception area, and support spaces designed for employee comfort and daily functionality.

The Lehi Civic Center held its Grand Opening this week, and we couldn’t be more proud of the teamwork and partnership that went into creating a building that will enrich the lives of Lehi residents for years to come.

The 60,000sf building sits on a 7-acre site and features a library, community rooms, council chambers, and city administrative offices. The building draws architectural inspiration from the Lehi Tabernacle, which stood in the heart of the city from the early to mid-1900s. Throughout the halls, artwork honors the city’s heritage and acknowledges its future.

It has been a pleasure working with Lehi City, VCBO Architecture and Navigate on this project.
