This project proved to be a strong opportunity for talent development, with one coworker stepping into an expanded role and taking on added responsibilities across multiple projects.

Our Pikus team is building big at the Lehi Sanctuary—our largest project to date.

With four different structures, 519 apartment units, and a complex round P.T. amenities deck, this job has taken strong coordination, creative solutions, and multiple crews working together to make it happen.

This winter, our team has poured over 25,000 yards of concrete.

We are honored to receive Layton Construction's 2024 Cornerstone Safety Award for our Westerly project.

For the past year and a half, Project Lead Frank and his crew have consistently delivered a safe, clean, and productive jobsite while maintaining a positive work environment.

Every morning, they take the time to identify and address potential safety concerns for the day’s scope of work. Before heading home, they dedicate 15 minutes to site cleanup and finding ways to go above and beyond for the client

The Westerly project includes a six and a half level parking garage and a four-level apartment building with a combined total of over 315,000 square feet.

Over the last eighteen months this crew has had to adapt and be innovative to work safely and efficiently due to the tightness of the jobs site.

So far, they have poured over 15,800 yards of concrete.

Our Pikus team field leads, Paquito and Alvaro, alongside project leads Alex and Caleb, have been leading a 240,522-square-foot apartment and parking garage project.

They poured over 11,500 yards of concrete and utilized the infinity structures deck system on the 348 South Temple Apartments.

On behalf of the company, we offer our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Rob Pikus.

We are all heartbroken from his sudden and tragic passing.

Rob was an extraordinary man, dedicated husband and father of four.

He valued mentorship, community, and providing opportunities. He was an innovator whose passion and enthusiasm for technology and business ventures positively impacted many people.

The ownership and team that he was part of putting in place are dedicated to carrying on his legacy, dreams, and level of service and quality Rob always expected and delivered.

We were so blessed and fortunate to have him on our team, and we continue to send prayers and wish comfort for his family and community.

Robert was born on September 3rd, 1976 and passed away on July 29th, 2023 at the age of 46
