Working on another refurbishing. In this case, we had to detach the super gutter and change the slope so water drains properly. Also, the old super gutter joint repairs were a total mess and I had to spend hours redoing it all.

Front screen enclosure installed. The columns were tricky; all those cuts but we (my wife and I) got it done. We used "HD" polyester screen, 304 marine-grade stainless steel screws, and 410 stainless for the fabrication of the framing.

Finished another full re-screen. These people had Super Screen with 17/14 mesh which, is fine for most insects (and is also the strongest screen for overall screening) but they live on a Cape Coral canal where the no-seeums are really bad so, they had us replace all the screen with 20/20 mesh. We used Super Screen 20/20 on the walls because of the height and we used HD 20/20 on the roof panels for a slightly better view. They don't make HD 20/20 over nine feet tall.

7yrs ago when I helped my brother Andy build a very large, custom pool cage with LED lights in the beams. I learned most of what I know about pool enclosures while working for him in the 90's and early 2000's.

Zipper screens is a separate business. I go out and measure for the zipper screens then, I test those measurements to Richard, the inventor of the zipper screens. He fabricates them and mails them to me. I return to the residence to install them.

Great option for accessing your roof/gutters from the ground. It's safer than getting on the roof. An older, retired man climbed up on his house roof to clean the gutters last year but he stumbled and fell through the screen, onto the pool deck and died. The new homeowner had me install the zipper screens because his wife told him he ain't gettin' up on that roof!

We're still in the slow season so, it's a good time to get your screen needs taken care of. It usually starts getting busy sometime in October and we do have one refurbishing scheduled for next month. Even if you wait, we're usually not more than two weeks out. Right now, it's same or next day service!

My wife made this front license plate. She started with a blank, white plate, made the letters out of a hardening clay, glued them on, painted it all, and clear-coated with Master Clear Supreme.
