Prices: $80-$120 monthly
Monthly maintenance includes:
chemical treatment
sweeping down all sides, bottom of poo
l and stairs. Monthly cleaning of pool filter
skimming the surface of the pool
monthly vacuuming (as needed)
removal of debris. (Please remember a yearly changing of every pool filter is needed in order for the pool to run efficiently)
Each pool filter's price is different
If additional services for the pool is needed this can be discussed at the time of service. Another service we offer is tree trimming (up to a certain height) and small take downs as well as complete trimming of bushes surrounding house. Palm trees

Lot mowing of lots up to 2 feet in height, starting at $100 for a 1/8 acre standard lot
Sprinkler repair
Repairing of lines, sprinkler changing, timer setting and adjustments. Our landscaping division services residential and commercial maintenance of complete care of lawns and shrubbery . Prices for lawn/landscape maintenance:
Residential beginning at $85 monthly
Commercial: Will depend on the size of the property and maintenance required. If fertilizer or insecticide is desired this will be an additional service with an additional price.
