THE LADIES OF SANITATION
The longer we travel this industry, the more we realize just how much of it has been shaped by some incredibly talented women.
Owners. Operators. Engineers. Sales professionals. Office managers. Technicians. Manufacturers. Mothers and daughters carrying family businesses into another generation.
And when they step onto our worksites, they bring something we value tremendously:
Another set of eyes. Another perspective. Another standard to meet.
We’ve watched women notice the little things.
Fit and finish. Organization. Cleanliness. Presentation. Communication. Details in a build that can separate “good enough” from something everyone involved is genuinely proud to put their name on.
That drives our focus higher.
Not because women need a different standard, but because bringing different people, experiences and perspectives into the same workspace challenges all of us to become better at what we do.
Portable sanitation has been a male dominated trade for a long time, but women aren’t newcomers to its success. They’ve helped own, operate, lead and grow this industry for generations.
We at Titan Assembly get the privilege of seeing that firsthand all over the country.
Different hands. Different ideas. One industry getting better because we’re building it together.
