🎄 Christmas Morning Rescue! 🎄
While most were opening presents, our favorite plumber was answering an urgent call for a major sewer backup. A massive shoutout to Mark Spears Plumbing for getting the lines cleared and stopping the source on such a special day!
Once the lines were flowing, We stepped in to handle the aftermath. We’ve completed the demo of contaminated materials and applied professional-grade sanitization to ensure the home is safe and began the drying process.
It wasn’t the Christmas morning this family planned, but we are honored to help get them back on the road to a clean, dry home. 🏠✨

A long time customer contacted us about a wobbly toilet and cracked bathroom tile. After inspection, we found the toilet fl**ge was about ½ inch too low, allowing water to leak beneath the toilet and causing damage to the subfloor and floor joist. We removed all affected materials, completed a thorough dry-out, and treated the area with antimicrobial solution to prevent future growth. The project concluded with a fresh bathroom remodel the homeowner had always wanted to have done.

🚧Water damage repair complete! 🚧💧
Our favorite local plumbing partner found an A/C drain line backing up and damaging the closet. After they removed the water heater, we inspected the wall cavity, moisture-tested everything, and confirmed no hidden issues.
We removed the damaged drywall, applied antimicrobial treatment, let the plumbers handle repairs, and then finished the job with new drywall, matching texture, and fresh paint. Ready for the new water heater!
