Another day of playing in the dirt in the books.

09/12/2026

This week we lost the one who started it all over 60 years ago. Richard “Mick” Hartman was a young man with a young family who decided to start his adventure in the excavating business. He’s the reason why excavating is WHAT we do. Even though retired for nearly 20 years, one of the first questions he’d ask is to see where we were working and what projects were coming up. I’m sure he was the happiest when in the seat of a piece of heavy equipment. We got it from here Pop. Thank you and rest easy
