The size of any repair is not important, if I have it on my truck and can do it then I only charge a service call ( less then 200). If it's a monster job we will talk. I'll take pictures of the affected area, so you can see, then inform you of my game plan to fix the issue. I also offer a roof overhaul. With that you get your roof cleaned from debris, gutter cleaning, resealing all sealed areas, pipe flashing inspections, chimney, and skylight inspection. This does not include major repairs, however it does get soaked into the bill. I do install metal roofing, and do metal over shingles so give me a call, I'll keep it affordable.
