I seen some stuff, stuff that keeps you up at night �. I want to let you know that the most important defense against the elements is your roof and gutter system. Sometimes leaks can be prevented with proper maintenance, making sure that there are no sitting leaves in flat valleys, mold and moss build-up on the bottoms of the shingle. That could create wicking action and pull between the bonds.
Sometimes you can have pipe flashing rot and it need to be replaced, then you have falling debris from trees. Let's not forget what wind can do. The size of any repair is not important, if I have it on my truck and can do it then I only charge a service call ( less then 200). If it's a monster job we will talk.
