If you see our van around town looking a little... haunted... don't call 911. That's just our new fall crew.
Meet the new hires at Meredith's Prime 1 Painting. They work for bones, never take a lunch break, and they ALWAYS wear their seatbelt. Ladder safety? We're still working on that one. We told them to "hang tight" while we grabbed more paint and they took it literally. 🪜💀

New construction complete! Proud to show off this beautiful home we just finished.

Walls in Dover White - clean and bright throughout
Interior doors, trim, baseboards, and the vaulted ceiling beam stained True Brown.
Exterior doors done in gel stain Kona, including the double glass entry doors.
Love how the rich True Brown interior stain pops against the Dover White walls, and that Kona on the exterior doors is a perfect match for the outside of the home.

Check out this transformation. We took this tired red brick ranch and gave it a modern farmhouse look with H&C Concrete Stain – White walls with a Black foundation.
Why is stain BETTER than paint on brick?
1. It won't peel. Paint sits ON TOP of brick and traps moisture. That’s why painted brick bubbles, cracks, and peels in 3-5 years. Stain soaks INTO the brick and bonds permanently. No peeling. Ever.
2. Brick needs to breathe. Brick is porous. Stain allows moisture v***r to escape naturally. Paint seals it in, which causes spalling and damage to your brick over time.
3. No heavy maintenance. No scraping. No sandblasting. When paint fails, you have to strip the whole house. Stain just fades naturally and is easy to refresh.
4. Natural look. Stain keeps the texture and character of the brick and mortar. You can still see the brick – it doesn’t look like a thick plastic coating.

Well, this one’s a wrap. It’s definitely been a hot one this week. Props to the guys; we stuck it out and brought this cabin and garage back to life with a fresh coat of Natural Oak stain. Front porch deck and back deck floor were not stained yet customers still haven’t decided on stain color.. Happy 250th, everyone. Hope you and your families have a great weekend.
