I can't be the only one using untinted whites. It's the only thing we can return if we buy extra.

I left someone's house recently I painted seven years ago, and it's still in good enough shape to sell it without needing to paint it again. If that's what you want, I'm your guy.

Something I've noticed is a lot of the advice on estimates per room is outdated. I always read about 8x8 and 10x10 rooms, but I keep looking at bedrooms that are 12x12. The price difference between an 8x8 room and a 12x12 is about 65 percent.

I thought it would be refreshing doing no pressure sales in a high pressure sales kinda world, but it seems like it confuses people sometimes. I have zero interest in handling business that way. If we need to do something differently to make the price work, I'm ok with that. I know your car dealer isn't going to uninstall features you don't need, and your insurance covers thousands of situations you'll never find yourself in, but my services are fully customizable. If you want a $1000 paint job or a $10,000 paint job, I need you to understand the differences, but I can do both and everything in between.

This is more like serving tables to me. You can order steak and w**e from the same guy you can order chicken tenders and water from.

Why spend $2000 paying a professional to paint your house in a week, when it'll only cost your boyfriend $500 to have it done in a year?

I thought it was such a big deal when I got to use some $100 a gallon paint back in like 2019. Now everything I use is $100 a gallon if you were paying sticker price. I'm not. Shoutout Sherwin Williams for the hookup. My favorites will cost you about $60 a gallon, and they're fantastic paints.

My mind was everywhere but on taking pictures this job. You'll just have to trust that a lot of work was done.

Actual paint wizardry: painting the ceiling of your porch sky blue keeps out evil spirits. I don't know why, but that's an old folk magic thing around here, and I'm not about to disrespect somebody's meemaw by claiming it doesn't.

I knew using stock white paints and saving the leftovers was going to help me one day. This job wouldn't have gotten done if I didn't have most of a gallon of semi gloss white sitting at home. And I'm probably gonna use leftover exterior paint from this job on the next exterior job.

So much brighter! I'd love to take them down to bare wood, sand, prime, and paint them, but that's more like a $200 per column kinda job, and we just need to satisfy an appraiser.
