One of our recent industrial reroofing projects. Removing saturated mod bit and going back with a fully adhered Fibertite 50mil XT roof system. Fibertite's durability is just what this project needed to stand up to the daily environmental challenges industrial facilities face.

We can finally see a little light at the end of the tunnel. Almost done with the exterior on the new office/fab shop/warehouse. Hope to be moving in and fully operational from our new home base soon.

We are currently looking to hire a Working Project Superintendent that will be responsible for overseeing crews handling the installation of various roof systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen.

Job Duties and Requirements;

*Manage commercial roofing projects up to 5 million dollars from start to finish.
*Oversee roofing crews, ensure safety, delivery timelines, quality, budget, and strategy.
*Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).
*Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to.
*Maintain official project log and documentation files.
*Assist with implementation/interpretation of safety programs.
*Meet with the foreman and set production goals before the job start.
*Monitor and secure material on jobs daily.
*Meet with other trades to ensure job flow daily.
*Monitor quality through field inspections/customer feedback.
*Oversee that rough and final inspections are called in and pass.
*Schedule and coordinate deliveries and cranes for large jobs.
*Ensure all materials on jobs daily.
*Ensure all crews have proper equipment necessary to complete jobs daily.
*Recruit qualified employees for the company.
*Work with crews to maintain company morale.
*Enforce company policies and standards.
*During daily job site visits conduct safety checks.

Employment Eligibility

*Ability to Legally work in the US.
*Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
*Clean driving record, driver's license (CDL preferred but not req'd).
*Excellent communication and follow up skills.
*Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation.
*Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
