Customer gave us a call in Mallory Creek about an issue with lights dimming etc. power company had came out and removed the meter for safety concerns. The original installer on the customer side had over torqued the lugs and resulted in a loose neutral due to the lugs being spread out so much it would not tighten. We did an emergency change out and had the unit inspected and the power turned back on the same day… Very nice home owners and understanding. To say the least they are very happy and no longer in the dark. we replaced the meter pan and feeder wires with all new material for safety and 100 % operation.

A new construction project is commencing. To guarantee the safety of everyone entering and exiting the premises, we kindly request that no individuals are present in the home during our preparation and wiring phase. This ensures the safety of our crew and others that may enter during our install. Once one of our crew members sees a person/persons entering the home it delays the job because we stop and explain the hazards of walking in. But we will stop work until the party’s leave. This is very well respected in the construction field for both party’s.
