2. No overloaded circuits. This has a huge impact as well. No one wants to lose power in a room and have half the home be out because the circuit can’t handle the excessive power surge.
3. No shortcuts. Every kitchen has two 20-amp circuits per home, and that’s all that’s on those circuits (kitchen outlets).
4. No tripping GFCI in bathrooms because each bathroom is on its own 20-amp GFCI-protected circuit.
5. No outlet tripping and causing power loss inside your home from piggybacked loops to feed. Our outside outlets are on their own dedicated circuit with GFCI protection.
6. No aluminum wiring or copper-clad is placed in any of the homes we wire besides the main feeder. Copper feeder entrance wire can be installed, and we do it. It’s a simple, cost-effective solution. Aluminum expands more than copper when heated by electrical current; constant shifting causes wire connections at outlets and switches to loosen over time. When aluminum is exposed to air, it oxidizes. Unlike copper oxide, aluminum oxide is a poor conductor, which increases resistance and generates excessive heat. We use copper every time for the safety of your family.
7. We try our best to guide and help new owners, even experienced homeowners, with knowledge and understanding of their electrical system.
