One heck of a job done by Shawn Mathis and his crew with Custom 101 LLC. It's always nice following contractors that take pride and perfectionism to the next level when I'm coming in behind to lay various flooring or titling, it really makes my job a lot easier. The flooring shown here is the loose lay karndean and it is designed to take some abuse all while looking great. The karndean is stretched throughout the whole house with great touches of duraceramic in the bathrooms. The home owners definitely nailed the colors down on this one. More pictures to come, cheers.

Had a fun week in Bowman with the Fossum family, the fireplace insert was a bit of a head scratcher but between John and I we managed to get it all figured out and the end product looks pretty amazing. Thank you again to the Fossum Family!

The R bar is coming along nicely, I can't wait for everyone to see all of the work that has been done. It's always nice to see contractors come together to rock out a massive project within a short deadline.
