Project Highlight: Amara Apartments | Midvale, UT

We're proud to showcase our work on Amara Apartments in Midvale, Utah, where our team delivered the complete exterior wall system for this multifamily community.

Our scope of work included:
• Fiber cement siding
• Brick
• Stucco
• Soffit & fascia
• Gutters & downspouts
• CMU dumpster enclosures
• Precast caps
• Ceraclad and FastPlank siding on the clubhouse and pool house

Progress is coming together at Rocky Vista High School in Commerce City, Colorado! 🧱

Over the past few months, we've been excited to share updates as this project has taken shape, and it's been incredible to watch the vision come to life.

BSM Wall Systems is proud to provide the full structural and veneer masonry scope, including the CMU auditorium, locker rooms, two gymnasiums, four dugouts, and the field house. The field house showcases 4x4x16 emperor-style brick veneer featuring three-color blends and a variety of veneer patterns, adding both character and lasting durability to the facility.

We're proud to be part of this project for the 27J School District and can't wait to see Rocky Vista High School completed!

In honor of the World Cup coming to Kansas City, let’s take a look back at the Origin Hotel on Kansas City's Riverfront. Opened in 2024 as the first hotel on the Berkley Riverfront, this 118-room boutique destination helped usher in a vibrant new chapter for KC.

BSM Wall Systems was proud to provide the masonry on this project, helping bring to life a space that reflects the character and growth of Kansas City. From locally inspired dining at Show Pony to stunning riverfront event spaces and thoughtfully curated local art, Origin captures the spirit of the city at every turn.

Project Progress Update at The Gallery at Longmont in Longmont, CO.

First milestone completed: the CMU elevator and stair wells are now up! We’re excited for what’s to come as the project continues to take shape.

Topping Out Ceremony in Delta, UT! Pictured are our crew members from Salt Lake City, Denver, and Kansas City.

We’re proud to be part of this incredible build and grateful to the GC on the project, W.E. O'Neil Construction, for including us in the celebration marking the completion of the structural steel phase. While this milestone represents major progress, there’s still plenty of work ahead — and our team is proud to be onsite, carrying the project forward into the structural masonry phase as we continue laying CMU structural block.

This converter station will help deliver 20% of the clean energy powering the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, and we’re honored to play a role in such an impactful project.
