Project Spotlight: Feng Cha

A bright, modern space built to match the energy of the Feng Cha brand. For this 1,385-square-foot tenant finish in Kansas City, our team transformed the existing space into a clean, open café with natural light, simple lines and a layout designed to make ordering, gathering and staying awhile feel easy.

From framing and MEP coordination to finishes and custom millwork, each element came together to create a polished, welcoming space with clear sightlines and comfortable seating. The finished result is a fresh take on the boba shop experience and a space that feels distinctly Feng Cha.
