RIC is proud to be part of the ongoing development of Running Horse Village in Platte County near NW 120th Street and Running Horse Road.

The project includes two plats featuring 66 multi-family units, 18 single-family homes, and more than four acres planned for future commercial development. RIC’s work has included site/civil development, land surveying, transportation, water/wastewater, and stormwater services.

Improvements include new public streets, stormwater infrastructure, water main extensions, a new sanitary lift station and force main, internal public gravity sewer, and roadway improvements along Running Horse Road.

We’re excited to see this growing development continue to take shape and proud to support the infrastructure behind it.

Every smooth roadway begins with a team committed to quality.

RIC recently completed construction inspection and materials testing services for the US-56 Mill & Overlay Project between Baldwin City and Gardner in partnership with KDOT.

From daily inspections and quality assurance testing to documenting progress and verifying quantities, our team worked alongside KDOT and the contractor to help deliver a project that improves pavement performance and enhances safety for everyone who travels this corridor.

We're proud to help build and maintain infrastructure that serves Kansas communities for years to come.
