Dirt is officially turning on Lenexa Fire Station 6!

We celebrated the groundbreaking for a facility that will bring together Fire Station 6, the City of Lenexa, Fire Department’s new headquarters, and the City’s IT department. This project is an exciting investment in the people and services that support Lenexa every day, and our team is proud to help bring it to life alongside Finkle + Williams Architecture.

With our office just seven minutes down the street, we are building in our own backyard for the first responders who serve our community every day. Thank you to the City of Lenexa, Kansas Government for trusting us with this meaningful project and to everyone who joined us to mark its beginning. We are grateful for the opportunity to help build the future of the community we call home!

Two communities are coming together for an exciting new chapter!

This week, we celebrated the groundbreaking for Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools’ new Woodland Hills Elementary School! Bringing together the Silver City and Noble Prentis elementary communities, Woodland Hills will provide students and staff with a new place to learn, connect, and create traditions of their own.

The best part? Celebrating with the students who will bring this school to life and hearing school leaders share their vision for what’s ahead.

Newkirk Novak is proud to partner with KCKPS and Multistudio on this meaningful project.

With a T... with a T... with a T-R-O-J-A-N-S!

Trojan pride and tradition were on full display last week as we kicked off Phase 1 of the Park Hill High School replacement project with Park Hill School District! This one is especially meaningful for our team, with three Park Hill alumni helping bring it to life. Scott Mead, Class of 2007, shared how exciting it is to be back at his alma mater and help create a space for the next generation of Trojans.

As the District celebrates its 75th year, we look forward to sharing the progress and being a part of what this will mean for the future of Park Hill!

Boots on the Ground is back, and this time we’re stopping by Gardner Edgerton School District's High School campus! 👷

Project Management Intern Ashton Wheat is taking us along for a tour of the work happening throughout the school, including renovations to the kitchen and commons and progress on the new TRAILS addition.

The TRAILS addition will feature a storm shelter and expanded classroom space for the District’s transition program, which helps students ages 18–21 with exceptionalities develop independent living, communication, and job skills. Inside the high school, renovations are bringing updates to the kitchen and commons, along with an updated coffee shop for students and staff to enjoy.

From refreshed spaces to new opportunities for students, there’s a lot taking shape at Gardner Edgerton High School. Thanks to Ashton for showing us around and giving us a look at the progress!

A great night at The K! Our annual Royals game is always a favorite opportunity to step away from the office and bring our team together.

Great company, perfect weather, and a Royals win made the night even better! We're already excited for next year. Go Royals! 👑⚾
