We are seeking hard-working, positive, go-getter insulation installers who can communicate proficiently, are clean cut, and have an amazing attention to detail. **THIS POSITION IS FOR RESIDENTIAL RETROFIT - NO COMMERCIAL WORK**

Responsibilities:

-Prepping job-site in order to maintain cleanliness
-Excellent communication with homeowners
-Prepping the attic for insulation: sealing attic top plates/penetrations, baffling birdie holes, attic hatches and more!
-Blowing both fiberglass and cellulose insulation
-Installing insulation in knee-walls properly
-Loading the insulation machine hopper
-Removing, bagging and disposing debris in attic
-Vacuuming insulation out of attic space when necessary
-Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
-Maintain a professional appearance
-Following safety protocols
-Help train and develop new insulation installers the "Ideal" way!

Requirements:

-Proficiency using hand tools
-Experience working in any construction/landscaping field
-Ability to withstand heat in the hot KS summer
-Ability to fit in tight spaces (such as an attic) for extend periods of time
-Ability to lift 50lbs for one minute straight
-Must live within 25-30 minutes of our main office
-Serious work ethic looking to advance within a company and open to learning new methods
-Knowledge of building science principles a major plus, but not required; must be willing to learn

We are currently seeking experienced insulation technicians.The Insulation technician is responsible for installing insulation in residential homes to the required specifications. Must work and communicate with the crew to complete each job effectively and safely. Other job duties include, but not limited to:Make necessary preparations for installation process at job site by unloading equipment and placing hose in location of installation. Pulling 4" hose in and out of trucks, attics, and up and down ladders.Must be able to navigate through small, tight, confined areas of the attic while avoiding trip and fall hazards. Responsible for ensuring that the proper amount of insulation is installed evenly and consistently to specified depths and cover all exposed attic areas.Required skills, experience and talents: Must have valid drivers license. An energetic and positive personality. Hard worker able to adapt to various weather/working conditions (we work outside and inside small spaces, attics, crawlspaces, tall extension ladders etc.)Great listening skills. Motivation to excel in our fast growing company.Installers will be crossed-trained in several departments to further their growth and provide them with more job opportunities.

As a Fire Stop Technician, you will be responsible for air sealing using spray foam and caulk around doors and windows and fire foam around electrical penetrations in new construction homes/remodels to ensure they pass inspections. Must have valid drivers license, as you will be on your own in a company truck. Piece Rate pay can exceed $20 per hour.

Position Summary
The primary responsibility is to conduct daily appointments utilizing company provided leads to meet with prospective homeowners; consulting with them and making recommendations based on their objectives and needs of their projects.

Accurately diagnosing homeowner’s problems and offering sensible solutions to their needs
Selling and scheduling jobs on a regular basis
Communicating schedule and work scopes with operations department to ensure smooth job completion
Effectively managing/logging follow up calls with customers
