In just three months, Chessa has already become a tremendous asset to our Commercial team. Her drive to succeed, attention to detail, and determination have made an immediate impact.

Currently leading the rough-in crew for the guest rooms on a local hotel project, Chessa has done an outstanding job owning her work while keeping up with the constant project changes. She also takes care of her crew, picks it up and passes it on by leading through example, and continues to work hard to build her future.

What is the best piece of professional advice you have received?
