Another one in the books for Cornerstone Concrete & Masonry! đź’Ş

On this phase, we formed and poured a new set of concrete steps and sidewalk, along with a sidewalk/ramp providing access to the back door.

This is actually the third pour we’ve completed for this customer at this property, with all three pours totaling around 55 yards of concrete.

🔥 Fireplace Transformation — Start to Finish 🔥

We had the pleasure of completely transforming this fireplace with beautiful natural stone, a new hearth, and a rustic cedar mantel. From demolition and prep work to the final stone, every step was handled by Cornerstone Concrete & Masonry LLC.

Back to finish up a project we started a few weeks ago.

We originally installed brick veneer and concrete hot tub pad returned once the hot tub was set in place to build the brick steps and complete the project .

We also completed this custom brick fire pit to tie the outdoor space together.

Here’s what we’ve been working on this week! ⚒️🧱

This customer had a very specific vision for his hot tub area, and we had the privilege of bringing it to life.

We’re looking forward to seeing the finished space once the hot tub is set. We’ll be returning soon to complete the project with custom brick steps(access to hot tube) to tie everything together.

We returned this week to install the handrails on the concrete steps we poured last week.

We chose 42” handrails instead of the standard 36” because safety was the priority. The homeowner is very tall and had recently undergone a knee replacement, so we wanted to provide a more comfortable and secure handrail height.

They turned out great!

The customer’s reaction said it all:

“Wowwww, they look great!”

As I was getting in my truck to leave, I heard him walk inside and tell his wife, “Wowwww, you have got to come see these.”

Moments like that are what make this work so rewarding. We take pride in doing things the right way and creating something our customers are excited to see every day.

Last week we got a call about unsafe steps that had become a hazard. With the customer recently having knee replacement surgery, safety was the priority. We removed the old steps and built a new solid, reinforced concrete stair system to their exact dimensions.(Handrails coming soon)

They wanted something “strong enough to last longer than the house” — and that’s exactly what we delivered.

Another project completed by Cornerstone Concrete & Masonry LLC.

This project included a 25’ x 25’ thickened-edge concrete slab for a future open metal structure, along with a small patio area on the opposite side.

On this project, the site was graded and forms were set prior to our arrival. We came in to place and finish the concrete . We also repointed & color matched deteriorating mortar on steps and stoops, reset and releveled compromised pavers, repaired and strengthened a landscaping border, and repurposed brick to create a durable decorative edge built to last.
