An estate is a different question than a house.

On a custom build, very little happens on its own. A cabinet install depends on a selection. That selection depends on an order deadline. The order depends on a decision someone made weeks earlier.

We've been mapping those connections into how we schedule, so a delay upstream gets flagged before it ever reaches the job site.
