Every custom home begins with a family’s vision for how they want to live. For this Northwest Allen County project, we worked with the homeowners to create a complete custom home with distinctive spaces for gathering, daily routines, hobbies, and extended family.

Throughout the home, custom details bring that vision to life: a cultured-stone range hood and ladder-access pantry in the kitchen; a cathedral-ceiling great room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and illuminated built-ins; and a primary suite with arched pocket doors, a freestanding tub set before a stone arch feature wall, and a completely custom shower.

The home also includes a finished basement with a bedroom, full bath, separate laundry and pantry, powder bath, wet bar and kitchenette with corner bench seating, workout room, and office. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath and a bonus room with built-in desks, shelving, and a window seat. Above the garage, a private in-law suite has its own staircase, bedroom, bath, laundry, kitchenette, and living area.

This project shows what a custom home can be when the design, details, and spaces are shaped around the people who will live there.

Stained beams draw the eye up to the cathedral ceiling, while reeded details carry throughout much of the custom cabinetry. Add a stone fireplace and illuminated built-ins, and you’ll find thoughtful craftsmanship in every view.

A hardworking space with plenty of style. This combined laundry and mudroom features custom cabinetry, a spacious folding island, a sink, bench, and handy storage to keep everyday routines organized.

Using today's design technology, we're able to work through everything from the overall layout and flow of the home to the details that make each project unique — all before construction begins.

Every dream home starts with a strong foundation and this one is officially underway!
The foundation and full basement are complete, the necessary underground rough-ins and utility connections have been prepared, and the first-floor decking is now in place. This decking creates the platform where the main level of this two-story home will soon begin taking shape.
These early stages may not reveal the home’s finished character just yet, but they are where the plans begin becoming a reality. Before long, the first- and second-story walls will be going up, and the size and design of this home will really start to come into view.
We’re excited for this build and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring our customers’ vision to life. We can’t wait to share the progress as their dream home rises from the foundation! 🏡
