Wachusett Brewing Company recently launched their indoor "Brew Yard" restaurant at their brewery headquarters in Westminster, MA. We designed a new front entry scheme to welcome guest with the use of perennials, shrubs, small evergreen trees, and notably, the clump birch trees and accent boulders. We also incorporated a study of a future building facade idea by incorporating the barn board look to the exterior the the current brick-faced building.

This newly constructed private residence was designed with a formal approach. The front landscape creates a clean entry experience with simple walkways and a planting scheme that enriches the exterior features of the home.

The backyards creates a gathering space for entertaining with a large patio area and fire pit seating area.

This expansive backyard design is characterized by a beautiful inground pool with a freestanding waterfall to also be used as a diving location. An outdoor kitchen with multiple seating spaces is choreographed with an outdoor living room under the large existing deck. The living space under the deck will be sealed off from the elements with the use of a drainage system under the decking to catch all water from above. A large veneer stoned fireplace rounds out the entertaining space for large gatherings next to the pool area. Lastly, a full size sport court is located on the property.

Premier Home Landscape Packages:

With the emergence of new home construction at The Village at Old Mill, located in Westminster, Massachusetts, we created a comprehensive landscape plan package for each style of home being offered by the development team. Each design is characterized by a specific quantity of trees, shrubs, and perennials in order to streamline project sizes and budget options. Once these items have been selected, customization of plant types can be decided with each homeowner.

The makeover of this design is comprised of a new entry with the incorporation of a seating courtyard. The courtyard is made less formal with the use of large flagstone. The two garage entries are characterized by paver aprons.

With a vast slope characterizing the front yard of this property, we created an eye-catching layout with the incorporation of two small retaining walls and plantings to soften the hillside.

The Supreme Council, AASR Corporate Headquarters, located in Lexington, Massachusetts, commissioned us to create a new backyard outdoor living space for it's sitting President of the organization. We configured a new entry from the driveway up to the new living space. The spaces boasts a 1,000 SF patio space with a gas insert fire pit, a seating wall address some elevation change, and a grill island with full functioning fridge and gas grill. Plantings are used to soften the hilly terrain surrounding the patio space.
