This was a long and arduous job that all came together in the end! 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all horsehair plaster, gutted on the second floor. The ceilings needed framing, new Insulation, drywall, baseboard and trim. K**b and tube wiring removed, all new electrical. Baseboard heat was re installed correctly.

Howdy! Check out this freshly finished basement in Ayer completed for some incredible people! We added 650 square feet of finished space to this home. This basement now has a half bath fitted with an accessible sink with an automatic faucet, an electric fireplace, Tv, electric baseboard heat, an ERV system for year round fresh air, 2 coat/storage closets with built in shelving, a drop ceiling fitted with dimmable, canless, recessed LED lighting, lifeproof floating floor, and a custom stained tongue and groove ceiling with bronze adjustable lighting that makes this basement pop! Here’s a recent kitchen remodel in Fitchburg for some awesome people! Recessed lights, table/pendant light and under cabinet lighting. Removed tile/hardwood for new LVP flooring. Took out two half walls, patched the walls and ceiling, painted both. Extended the cabinets with a big pantry cabinet and bumped out the fridge cabinet to maximize storage. New tile backsplash, and a large crown tie this kitchen together! (Missing crown came damaged, waiting on another piece)
