This kitchen in Sherborn got a 2' bump out on the back side of the house. The old cast iron plumbing was in that wall going to 2nd floor bath. It had to be removed and replaced. Installed new plumbing for kitchen sink as well.

Removed this old leaking section of cast iron and replaced with PVC.

Installed this ejector pump for a full bath in the basement. Not all jobs start out clean and sometimes there is no plan. This was the space we had to work with. The customers just wanted a working bathroom and that's what they got!

This is one of three houses in Weston I did about 5 or 6 years ago. I wish there were more pictures of the plumbing but the finish work and the size of this house was amazing and I was more impressed with that at the time. $1.5 million just to purchase and tear down what was there before even building. 9 full baths and 2 half baths. No elevator in this one unfortunately.

Set the finish on this bathroom remodel, bathroom was tight but we made it work. Also swapped out a faucet in the other 2nd floor bathroom and installed 3 Toto bidet toilet seats.

Gas piped 5 infrared natural gas fired heaters. These heaters replaced 3 roof top units. The old units were disconnected...

This bathroom was built up off the floor with no head room and no vents on the plumbing. Contractor removed the old floor and I capped old plumbing. Added some new drainage and a pump underground. Definitely way better than it was!

Installed around 3,900' of radiant heat for this garage.
