Another one of our network of knowledgeable contractors. Edwin at Integrity Power washing won my respect with some very wise, accurate, and un”salesman” like advice on staining my own porch posts when i bought some stain at Home Depot. Its his main business to feed his family and he offered up advice to me on how to stain some posts. That told me all i needed to know. He is now and has been for a couple years my only call for any wash/ stain jobs for fences, pergolas, porch beams you name it. They also do a plethora of other services. Junk haul off, we got ya, bathroom remodels, we got ya, gutter guards, again, we got ya. If you need anything for your home please give us a call. Another one in the books! We were brought in by our good friends at The Milstead Team to remove an older roof, address decking issues and install a GAF - Roofing weathered wood timberline HDZ class 3 roof. Call us today for an inspection.

Our guys got it done! 34 sq of 5/12 laminates off and back on with synthetic underlayment, and a brand new Class 3 GAF - Roofing HDZ shingle roof in 6-1/2 hours. Clean up and all.

Some days go smoother than others. Today was the finish line of one of the less smooth days. Our client, Vern, wanted to add a car port to his home to keep his truck safe from hail and out of the sun. First concern was he didn’t want a metal free standing car port. He wanted something that fit the house. That was easy. We sketched up a nice cover finished in siding to match the house and dressed it with some cedar 6x6 and a beam for ascetics ( forgot to mention, Vern is a meticulous trim carpenter, it had to have some nice wood grain showing). Then the real problem…. Despite existing concrete being there, the house is at the edge of the set back to the property line. We helped Vern file for a variance on the set back. The folks at the city of Nevada were super helpful and a pure pleasure to work with. Variance was approved by the city council and work started. End results in the pics. A low slope shed roof helped keep framing cost down, intrusion to house at a minimum, and build time was quick. Finishing with a happy client is the name of the game at the end of the day. This March has been a test. A test to our creativity and our patience to say the least. The below photos show the progression of a pool enclosure remodel that we have just completed. We still have gutters on the added patio cover and new down spouts on the enclosure but the hard work is done. Shawn and Fannin did this with very little help from me physically. We worked the complications together as they came and boy did they come…. The removal of the aluminum insulated panels and aluminum framed vinyl windows was the easiest part of all the work. We then framed knee walls to start hanging the special order low E tempered sliders sourced from The Home Depot. Sided both inside and out with LP smart side and trim. The tough parts were framing in the gable end for the small windows. Complicated by the fact that all of our walls were framed from dimensional lumber and attached to steel, thats right steel I beams, purlin, and square tubing. The pool also has a cool retractable cover and the aluminum service door had to be reworked as well. We did reuse the original patio kit doors at the customer’s request. The customer has elected to handle the paint and stain them selves and we hope to follow up after the stain and paint with final pics show casing our gutter as well. Not sure we will ever see another project like this but if you have a unique project that requires outside the box thinking, we are your contractor. Call me,
