A Cummins NT 855 for Mardinley Enterprise. Broken crank

Customer called, said I haven’t heard my generator run in a while. Well the brushes broke and not producing A/C Voltage. Pulled back end apart replaced brushes and full service.

Got a call that this unit wasn’t running. New battery, Cable and a full service.

This unit was a complete mess when we got there. The last person to service this never cleaned up, and oil leak was caused by pinching the oil pressure switch wire in between oil filter and oil filter base. We completely serviced and moved the wire. No more leak. Cleaned it all up test ran under full available load.

Saturday morning, 40 gallon service. 4 oil filters, 2 fuel filters, 4 coolant filters and 40 gallons of oil. And this is how the van looked afterwards.
