🌧️ 💨 Last week’s storm hit our area pretty hard, but we can’t blame it for this. Demo is complete and a new custom home will take its spot.
This project also marks a first for our Project Coordinator. From start to finish, Jack worked closely with The City of Rehoboth Beach Permitting, DNREC, Rehoboth Tree Protection and B&R Property Services to get this job complete before the bad weather rolled in. Another project, another milestone!

✨This → Becomes → This ✨
Building a custom home isn’t always a picture perfect process. During certain stages, a jobsite may look messy but these are all part of bringing a home together. An experienced builder knows the difference between a busy, active jobsite and a poorly managed one, keeping the project organized, protected, and progressing as it should. Sometimes, you have to look past the middle to appreciate what’s being built.

🤎 Renovating a home isn’t always about replacing the old with something new. Thoughtful design means recognizing the pieces that hold memories, character, and meaning, then finding a way for them to belong in the next chapter.
