SIGN-IN BONUS

Múltiples Posiciones Disponibles: Incluyendo Operador de Prensa de Transferencia, Catchers y Pullers.

RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:
Tenemos múltiples posiciones disponibles en nuestra planta de almacén/fabricación. El trabajo incluye la selección de artículos, el embalaje y el envío de pedidos de clientes, la ejecución de maquinaria de impresión y cribado.Trabajo a tiempo completo disponible.
Turno disponible de 5 AM a 1:30 PM.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:
• Seguir el programa establecido por el Gerente de Producción.
• Configurar el trabajo de prensa dentro del tiempo requerido.
• Empaque y envío de pedidos de clientes.
• Responsable de recibir, almacenar, distribuir, recoger y garantizar la calidad de material y productos de acuerdo con las directrices de la empresa.
• Ejecutar los trabajos de impresión con un alto nivel de calidad y al ritmo requerido. La tarifa esperada será establecida por el Gerente de Producción y es específica para la habilidad y experiencia de cada operador.
• Trabajar con el Gerente de Producción cuando surjan problemas con los trabajos de impresión para resolverlos de la manera más eficiente.
• Mantener el área de trabajo y el equipo en una condición limpia y ordenada y seguir las normas de seguridad prescritas.
• Se requiere realizar otras tareas según lo solicitado, dirigido o asignado.
• Se requiere trabajar horas extras durante ciertas épocas del año y temporada alta, incluyendo fin de semana.

CONOCIMIENTOS/HABILIDADES:
• Capaz de realizar configuraciones en máquinas de manera precisa y rápida.
• Necesario tener excelente ojo para el detalle y el color para evaluar la calidad de impresión de los trabajos que se están produciendo.
• Destrezas mecánicas preferiblemente.

REQUERIMIENTOS FISICOS:
• Necesario mantenerse de pie y moverse sobre el área de trabajo durante el turno y a veces horas extras.
• Levantar hasta 40 libras, torcer y doblar.

Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Transfer Press Operator or apprentice prints transfer runs on the large or small format transfer press while maintaining a high level of print quality at a rate commensurate with their level of experience and expertise. 1st shift 5 AM - 1:30 PM.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Follow the printing schedule as set by the Production Manager.
• Set up the print jobs on the press within the required time.
• Run the print jobs with a high level of quality and at the required rate. The Production Manager's expected rate will be set and specific to each operator’s skill & experience.
• Work with the Production Manager when problems with print jobs arise to resolve the issues on time.
• Reduce the scrap sheets on each job to a minimum.
• Perform as a team with the catcher.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines and equipment as required.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Will be required to work overtime during certain times of the year and peak season
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
• Able to perform set-ups on these machines in a timely and accurate manner.
• Required to have an excellent eye for detail and color to evaluate the print quality of the produced jobs.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is helpful.
• A good command of the English language, written and oral.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Required to stand and move about the facility for the entire shift, which at times includes overtime.
• Lifting up to 40 pounds, twisting, and bending.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Safety glasses and gloves as needed.
Shoes that provide protection to the feet.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. Therefore, the temperatures will at times be cold or extremely hot & humid. Regular exposure to dust, odors, water v***r, and loud noise is to be expected. It will also involve working alone and collaborating as part of a team.
