Clean construction is good construction 👷🏽‍♂️

One of our best friends on every jobsite? Our RIDGID® wet/dry vacuum.

Between every trade, it helps us keep our homes clean throughout the entire build—not just at the end. It’s one of those simple things most people never notice, but maintaining a clean, organized jobsite is a standard we proudly hold ourselves to in the Arlington Builders family.

Because the details matter.

The details you don’t see are often the ones that matter most.

One of our biggest pet peeves? Floor squeaks.

Not only do we build with AdvanTech® subflooring—a premium engineered subfloor designed to resist moisture, minimize swelling, and create a stronger, more stable floor system—but every subfloor and wall plate is also glued during framing. From there, we regularly walk every room throughout the build listening for even the slightest squeak. If we find one, we secure the subfloor to the joists where needed and keep checking until it’s gone.

Most people will never know this happened—but they’ll appreciate it every time they walk through their home.

It’s this level of attention to detail that separates a house from a truly well-built custom home.
